Grace Outreach is located on the 5th floor of Immaculate Conception School at 378 East 151st St. between Melrose and Courtlandt Avenues. Our convenient location is easily reached by train, bus or car.
BY TRAIN
Take #2 or #5 train to the Third Avenue/149th Street stop (not 149th St/Grand Concourse) and follow walking directions below.
BY BUS
Take BX2, BX4, BX15, BX19, BX21, BX41 or BX55 to 149th Street and 3rd Ave. / Melrose Ave. and follow walking directions below.
WALKING FROM THE TRAIN OR BUS
Walk north on Melrose Ave. for two blocks until 151st Street. Turn left on 151st Street. We are located in the middle of the block on the 5th floor of Immaculate Conception school.
